Partial Planning provides up to 15 hours of planning time to help you with your key components, missing vendors, and planning the final details.

• Budget development, budget allocation and cost saving solutions
• Unlimited email correspondence
• Attendance up to 3 vendor meetings
• Vendor Contract Review
• Assistance with the design process
• Etiquette Guidance
• 2 -3 virtual or in person consultations with couple (or more as time permits, if desired) 
• Up to 3 vendor research, identification and management
• Wedding counsel from time of hire
• Review of all vendor contracts
• Develop and distribute Day-of-Schedule, including timelines for couple, vendors and day of programs
• Review and finalize wedding day schedule with couple
• Confirmation of vendors 1–2 weeks prior to wedding day
• Attendance at wedding ceremony rehearsal
• Assist with all emergency situations to provide timely resolution
• On site Ceremony and Reception coordination with a certified wedding coordinator and an assistant
• Delivery of final payment and gratuities to vendors (Upon request)

Full Planning, on the other hand, is a comprehensive service where we walk with you from start to finish so no detail is missed.

We will assist you with all areas to make your day beautiful and seamless! 

This includes finding a venue, all your trusted vendors, logistics of your wedding day schedule, set-up of all your final details and wedding coordination!

This package begins immediately (up to 1.5 years prior to the wedding date)  

• Unlimited consultations throughout the planning process
• This package includes the "Day-of/Month-of Coordination" package
• Unlimited assistance with vendors
• Vendor follow-up and correspondence throughout the planning  
• Comprehensive venue search
• Budget management
• Regular scheduled planning meetings (Skype, phone or in-person) as required by the client up to a maximum of 2 per month
• Budget preparation, allocation, and cost saving recommendations
• Decor and style development for a comprehensive look, including colours, design, rentals and decor 
• Recommendation for all vendors, attendance of vendor meetings, facilitation of vendor bookings 
• Advice on wedding etiquette and stationary wording
• Assistance with wedding invitation etiquette
• Sourcing unique items/services
• Recommendations on where to shop for wedding attire and accessories
• Creation of detailed wedding day itinerary
• Coordination of the wedding rehearsal
• Creation of wedding day documents to distribute to vendors, helpers and wedding party
• Wedding planning spreadsheet with month to month to do list to assist in planning
• Development of wedding theme and design recommendations
• Available to provide general wedding counsel throughout the planning process
• Attendance at final vendor meetings (as needed)

During Your Wedding:

• Attendance at wedding ceremony rehearsal

• Assist couple with other wedding related duties as needed at the discretion of the planner
