Before Your Wedding:

• Up to 5 hours of consultations to be used for decor, design and planning
• Creation & implementation of the itinerary
• One comprehensive meeting to discuss final details
• Reconfirm vendors and review vendor contracts

During Your Wedding:

• ONE coordinator and ONE assistant until 9-10pm
• Supervision of the ceremony & reception set up
• Assisting guests as needed
• Directing the ceremony processional
• Set up of personal ceremony and reception details (decor, centrepieces, welcome table, favours, menu cards, table numbers, escort cards, etc.)
• Coordinator acting as your main liaison with Caterer/Venue, DJ, MC, Photographer and all vendors
• Access to our “Wedding Day Emergency Kit”

If your event is 180 guests and above an additional Navigator will be needed to provide our standard of service.
