Wedding coordination

Before Your Wedding:

Up to 5 hours of consultations to be used for decor, design and planning
Creation & implementation of the itinerary
One comprehensive meeting to discuss final details
Reconfirm vendors and review vendor contracts

During Your Wedding:

ONE coordinator and ONE assistant until 9-10pm
Supervision of the ceremony & reception set up
Assisting guests as needed
Directing the ceremony processional
Set up of personal ceremony and reception details (decor, centrepieces, welcome table, favours, menu cards, table numbers, escort cards, etc.)
Coordinator acting as your main liaison with Caterer/Venue, DJ, MC, Photographer and all vendors
Access to our “Wedding Day Emergency Kit”

Starting at $1,800

If your event is 180 guests and above an additional Navigator will be needed to provide our standard of service.
